Our private GP services are here for whatever is worrying you. You don’t need health insurance to book and our GP appointment costs are always upfront. We offer face-to-face or Virtual GP appointments (Vs Comparison with other major providers), and no Prescription charges.

Adults (>18 years) : £90 at HFH
(Adults (>18 years) : £93.33 at other major providers)

Adult Follow Up OR Paediatrics (<18 years) : £70 at HFH
(Adult Follow Up : £79, Paediatrics not available at other major providers)

Virtual Appts (20 mins) : Can be video or tel as per your choice
Adults (>18 years) : £60 at HFH
(Adults (>18 years) : £66 at other major providers)

If you need prompt advice, you can often see a GP on the same-day or the very next day.
If you have a medical emergency, please don’t wait for a GP appointment with us even later in the day. Call 999 or go straight to A&E.

A medical emergency includes things like: chest pain or sudden breathing difficulties, suspected stroke or seizure, bleeding heavily, severe headache, PV Bleeding in pregnancy or abdominal pain in pregnancy ,anaphylaxis, Severe ongoing Epistaxis (nose bleeds), choking, trauma, GI bleeding (ongoing vomiting blood / ongoing bleeding from rectal area)

You don’t need to be a HFH member to book a private GP appointment.
If it’s urgent, you can often see a GP on the same day or the very next day.
The GP could also refer you on to another service. While they can’t refer into NHS secondary care, they can contact your NHS GP (with your permission /consent ) about their recommendations.
Our GP can write you a private prescription.
Our trusted service is completely confidential and secure.
If required, the GP can issue a digital prescription, the medication can then be delivered for free via our pharmacy partner, or you can give your prescription that our GP will have emailed to you OR given to you at our consultation. The cost of medication isn’t included in your appointment fee and needs to be paid directly to the pharmacy you use. Please note these prices can also vary and are determined by the Pharmacy you choose and are independant from HFH.
Patients can book health checks which we recommend annually – “Well Man” and “Well Women”, or “Premium Man” and “Premium Women”

Membership Terms & Conditions

*All Appointment bookings are subject to GP availability.
Only exclusions are HFH visiting Consultants or extra GP fees, retail products/others not listed as part of benefits.
Initiating member must be aged 18 years or over.
Cancelling your membership must be done in writing and there is a 2 month notice period, please write to: Membership, Harley Fitzrovia Health, 253 – 269 High Road, Woodford Green, Essex, IG8 9FB.
Your membership will automatically renew annually unless notice to cancel is given.
Harley Fitzrovia Health reserves the right to cancel, suspend or withdraw membership at any time without notice.
Harley Fitzrovia Health reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice, but you will be notified in writing.
